Exhibit Superintendent: Lori Yockers

  • All exhibits must be removed by 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 21st.
  • Prizes: 1st Blue Ribbon and $4.00, 2nd Red Ribbon and $3.00, 3rd White Ribbon and $2.00
  • Exhibits require no entry fee

RULES

  • ALL PICTURES FOR HOBBIES MUST HAVE PERMANENT HANGERS OR THEY WILL NOT BE
    ACCEPTED. (Photographs not included)
  • Any articles having received First place at any previous Auburn Fair may not be re-entered for competition.
  • All exhibits offered for premiums at the fair shall be owned by the exhibitor. Entry is open to all.
  • Only one entry per person, per category allowed.
  • All Agricultural and Horticultural exhibits must be grown in the current year.
  • When there is only one entry of a kind for premium, the entry shall be awarded first premium
    ONLY IF it shows merit.
  • Entries will be received Thursday, 6:00-8:00 PM, and Friday 8:00-11:00 AM.
  • Entries MUST remain on exhibit until 4:30 PM on Saturday.
  • The Fair Board will not be responsible for exhibits not removed by 5:00 PM on Saturday.
  • The Fair Board will not be responsible for any accidents that may occur.
  • The Fair Board reserves the right to make the final decision on any questions pertaining to these
    rules and regulations or any other matter pertaining to the fair.

All Departments except Horticulture & Agriculture have the following age divisions:

  • Group  I =  12 and under
  • Group II =  13-19
  • Group  III = 20 and older.
